面试环节 1 ～ 2 轮，英文面试，需要有基本的口语表达能力。面试通过后会有一个简单的 coding test ，都通过后就谈 offer 。

如果对区块链特别感兴趣但担心英文水平的小伙伴，也可以提前跟楼主沟通，只要技术过硬，语言要求上可以适当放宽。

年假 22 天起（包括一天周年假期和生日假）。工作时间弹性，没有加班，没有 996 ，WLB 做的很好。 团队以工程师氛围为主，你的同事将会来自全世界各个时区。高度使用工作协同软件对工作进行异步管理。

Solidity 工程师也要求扎实的 JavaScript/TypeScript 技能（必须项）。如果有前端经验更好。

薪水基本上是币圈较好的水平，看个人能力确定上不封顶。基本都会超过国内大厂同级别水平。

可以完全远程工作，可以到深圳，香港（有兴趣的小伙伴公司可以 Sponsor Visa 过来）。

公司不对国内用户提供任何服务和宣传，只做海外市场。

Responsibilities:

• Research, design, implement and maintain all decentralized finance systems incubated/supported by Crypto.com.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, strategists, DevOps engineers, security engineers, and quants to ensure the systems are of high quality by the product standards as well as engineering standards and delivered to the market in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Understanding of Blockchain technology.
• 1-5 years of Solidity or Vyper development experience.
• Experience with smart contract static analysis tooling (e.g. Manticore) or formal verification (e.g. KEVM) would be a plus.
• Experience with Ethereum Testing Suites (e.g. Truffle, Ganache, Hardhat, Tenderly)
• 1-5 years of experience in server-side programming languages (e.g. Typescript, Golang, Python, Ruby).
• 1-5 years of experience in Test-Driven Development.
• 1-5 years of experience in development lifecycle automation, continuous development, continuous integration.
• Quantitative finance knowledge would be a plus.
• Proficiency in handling scalability, security, and performance.
• Interested in building first-class products to solve real-world problems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experienced with various technologies, self-motivated, a fast learner, and have a "get things done" mentality.
• Humble to embrace better ideas from others, eager to make things better, open to challenges and possibilities.
• Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and having the ability to juggle conflicting requirements from many different stakeholders.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks and technologies (e.g. React.js, Vue.js, Mobx, Redux) would be a plus. Apply for this job
