BTW：这里使用learn和read都是不妥的。read不用说，停于字面意思“read a book”；再轻松不过，振兴不了TC。Learn的愿意是“to gain knowledge or skill by studying, practicing, being taught”，用法大多为学习某种技能的情况比较多。所以可以是learn how to read，可以是learn how to drive，也可以是learn how to make love，当然咯，“意思”都不专一，TC振兴肯定无力啊。最后Study的意思是“the activity or process of learning about something by reading, memorizing facts, attending school, etc.”丞相大人当年年少，心思纯，想的也就是有关书籍和知识有关的吧 戏言戏言 |

learn和read意思都不对，把rise去掉意思也不对。很奇怪为啥非要翻译成英文。这句话很有意思，中文下还是很振奋人心的，翻译成英文就是一股DPRK的味道。
