从初中疼到现在，每隔 3-4 月发作一次，每次 48-72 小时恢复正常。基本发作期每时每刻都在跳针疼，严重时整个半边脸和耳朵内部都一起跳针疼，半夜会疼醒的那种。之前没吃过药都是硬抗，去年有一次疼痛超过一星期，就开始尝试止痛药（布洛芬、散列通），完全没用倒反弄得很恶心。最近开始尝试佐米曲普坦，在发作的前期吃一片基本半天就能好，目前没感觉啥副作用（就是贵），当然用药效果因人而异。偏头痛似乎有遗传因素，我妈疼了半辈子。
