要看路由器的分流规则了，如果路由器上设置的绕过中国大陆，而梯子又没有国内中转节点，直连国外，这样是会算双倍流量的。
如果设置了绕过中国大陆，梯子有国内中转节点，那其实手机是在访问国内服务器，不会在路由器上走代理
