生养孩子没有错误，希望孩子赡养自己也没什么错误，只是希望你能爱你的孩子，尊重他 /她。

楼主说的是“宜居”，那么光雾霾这一点就不适合宜居了。成都比不上很多地方，有很多问题，当然也有很多优点。最终还是要看自己的选择，什么对你最重要。
不过我很高兴一点就是也有这么多人挑成都的毛病了，原来我也爱挑上海北京的毛病。
顺便说一下，其实室内 PM2.5 和室外差不多，而空气净化器也得 24 小时开着才有用。
但是我爱成都，这一点就已经够我宜居的了。最后祝大家能找到自己喜欢的地方生活。
