@clacf1 You can't become a native speaker of a language if you learn it after childhood. Here are some examples: Xiaokeli and Kristin from Bilibili. Even they can't say they are native Chinese speakers. I’ve always taken native speakers to be people who grew up with the language and also learning something of its culture at the same time. Native means that you come from there, wherever “there” is.

会说中日韩英语言（都是母语水平）的可能性几乎为零, Or maybe we have different definition of "native speaker", especially English, because English is high-context language, it's different from Eastern culture Language.
