@icarian Old news, and it's only applicable for hardware functionalities, such as Bluetooth/WiFi 802.11n. This mostly won't apply to softwares, since Microsoft has been doing this for a long time.

@dimlau I've been using Google Voice to call @Meow all the time.
2 cents per minute is still quite expensive, compare to those cheap SIP VOIP providers(less than 1 cent per minute)
