经过半年的发展，目前公司在国内开发已有 20 人左右的规模。
考虑到 ChatGPT 未来既有可能成为流量入口，短期也可以应用作为提高用户体验的工具，我们开始招 ML Eng 来做相关的项目，具体 JD 如下
机器学习 /AI 工程师，从 Junior 到高级和主任工程师职位都有
工作性质：负责搭建 LLM 的应用，fine tune 第三方模型，产品集成，设计自主模型
公司背景：美国中等规模科技公司国内分部，资金雄厚，行业内技术领导者，业务高速增长阶段。国内工作地点：深圳，上海，北京。直接给美国的技术负责人汇报。有出差或者转全职美国岗位机会。
岗位要求：
• 211 院校计算机或者电子专业
• 本科+5 年以上 AI/ML 工作经验或者硕士+3 年以上工作经验
• 工作经验需要是语言模型或者计算机视觉相关类，推荐系统可考虑
• 熟悉 transformer 原理及应用，熟悉 RL 加分
• 熟悉 PyTorch
• 熟悉云端 ML 开发流程和工具加分
• 能够用英语沟通。英语 6 级或者 TOEFL 100 分以上加分
• 熟悉后台技术栈，云端或者本地搭建的集群均可（存储，服务和网络等技术的应用）
• 必须熟悉 Python ，C++，Java ，Go 或者 Rust 经验加分
ML Engineer, Jr, Sr to Staff level
Job: ML Engineer, focusing on application of LLM. U.S. based company, working from Shenzhen or Shanghai. Reporting directly to U.S. lead.
Requirements:
• 211 CS or EE Major
• MS with 3+ years of real world ML application experience, or BS with 5+ years of experience
• CV or LM application experience is a plus
• Experience wiht transformers, RL is a plus
• Familiar with PyTorch
• Familiar with cloud ML pipelines is a plus
• Fluent in English communication, CET-6 or TOEFL 100+ is a plus
• Familiar with backend service tech stack (storage, service and networking) by cloud provider or locally run clusters
• Python is a must. C++, Java, Go, Rust is a plus
