win10 开始菜单搜索功能搜索不到任何东西的解决方法

打开任务管理器(Ctrl+Shift+ESC)，在详细信息(Details)页，找到 SearchUI 并结束任务，然后再试一次。一般就可以解决问题~

今天又碰到这 BUG 了，试了一下，没找到 SearchUI，但是有个 SearchAPP，干掉了两次之后就正常了。
