DevOps

Responsibilities

Work on requirements, design, developing, maintaining and supporting one or more key components of Citrix Hypervisor with closely works with core team in Cambridge UK.
Write scripts to automate operations and server management;
Maintain QA and Production configuration using automation tools (Puppet, Ansible, PowerShell DSC)
Build and maintain operations tools for monitoring, notifications, trending, and analysis;
Citrix Hypervisor Install/Updates/Hotfixes/Patches/Service packs;
Deploy, maintain and enhance the Continuous Integration & Deployment environment;
Document current and future development and configuration processes and policies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Mathematics, or equivalent experience;
Experience building cloud-based microservices (AWS Lambda, Docker, etc.);
Experience designing and building scalable, cloud-based software solutions;
Thorough knowledge of software development best-practices and concepts (TDD, BDD, etc.);
Experience with CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins/Pipeline/Groovy, Gitlab/Github/BitBucket, etc.)
Experience with front-end technologies (React, AngularJS, Django, etc.)
Familiarity of modern security development principles and practices;
Strong knowledge of quality best-practices (various types of tests, performance, etc.);
Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM software development;
Fluent in Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) administration & shell scripting (Bash);
Comfortable with Python, Perl, JavaScript and PowerShell;
Knowledge of scripting languages used in cloud deployments (Ansible, Puppet, etc.);
Proficient in creating technical documentation & diagrams using Visio or similar;
Experience consuming HTTP APIs and RESTful web services programmatically;
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

DevOps岗位更新(2020.03)

Responsibilities

Develop software to enhance Cloud services delivery and management.
Analyze service performance to improve quality and customer experience.
Ensure 24/7 service availability of Citrix Cloud - address reported issues and provide root cause analysis.
Work with Product Development, Product Management, QA, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deployments and address service delivery issues.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of experience building Cloud services and distributed systems – deployment, monitoring, scaling, debugging, etc.
Solid experience of coding with javascript, C#, or JAVA, python, etc.
Experience with source control and continuous integration tools a plus - Git/Stash, BitBucket, Jenkins.
Hands on experience public cloud providers - Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, IBM Softlayer
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills ##Preferred Qualifications
You have industry experience providing hands-on technical expertise to design, deploy, secure and optimize Cloud services
Experience with container technologies: Kubernetes, Docker
Experience with logging platforms and application performance metrics a plus - NewRelic, Splunk, SumoLogic, App Insights Analytics.
Solid understanding of Windows development, debugging, administration and automation frameworks - C#/.NET, PowerShell, Chef, Puppet.
