Programming guru with a passion for Ruby on Rails. Basic skill requirements:
-2+ years’ experience building web applications
-Practical, demonstrable experience in building web applications using Ruby on Rails
-Knowledge of relational database design and SQL
-Experience building rich interactions through AJAX
-Strong knowledge of git and application deployment
-Experience with test driven development using RSpec
-Making Ruby’s > SOAP bridges for use with third party APIs
-Excellent communication skills
-Self-motivated and self-managed
-Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, dynamic environment
-A passion for the technologies of the web
-Team management experience is a big plus.
