You're comfortable fitting entire technical architectures in your head, you have a burning desire to see things done.
What you would do
You would work with the development team and product manager to:
Evaluate the scope of our projects, from requirements to timelines.
Contribute to building the technical architectures.
Provide technical recommendations.
Lead our technical sprints.
Challenge our team members on pretty much anything; technical decisions, priorities, direction...
Make sure we ship.
What we'd like you to have
You're smart and eager to learn.
You have a genuine passion for technology.
You have serious technical chops. We do a lot of Javascript (node.js, AngularJS...) and Python, but are also using Erlang, Go, Ruby... You should be able to jump in the trenches.
You're comfortable confronting people's opinion and have a burning desire to get stuff done.
You have a sound understanding of how infrastructure works (we foster a DevOps mindset).
Fluent English speaker (bonus point if you speak and/or read Chinese).
Willing to be challenged and learn (which probably imply failing at first),
Bonus point if you've participated in Open Source projects.
Bonus point too if you're already familiar with front-end and back-end development (if not, we'll teach you).
