每月 20 美元，根本用不了几天就触发使用上限了("You've hit your usage limit You've saved $83 on API model usage this month with Pro. Switch to Auto for more usage or set a Spend Limit to continue with Sonnet. Your usage limits will reset when your monthly cycle ends on 8/23/2025.")，之后只能用 auto 了，auto 水平忽上忽下，大部分都是再乱搞。
这两天还经常出现上下文触达上限（"Your conversation is too long. Please try creating a new conversation or shortening your messages."），只能新建聊天框重新开始;
上下文长度限制+模型限制，完全就不能使用了。 有其他平价推荐吗?

同求，7 月 28 号开的年费，今天就提示已经超限，要么开 pro+ 要么用 auto 。
