你的能力就是已经超过很多本科生/研究生。在中国的就业形势下，本科就是基础，如果没有本科学历，你的能力也只是被一些无良老板无情压榨。要么继续曝光能力（ github/youtube ），学习英语，找一些对学历不敏感的外企，基本只能是外企。要么先提升学历，没有学历，后面的上限会很低。
