大家的上海联通都还正常吗？我拨到的 ip 都黑的，cloudflare 、cloudfront 的 ip 在核心网就被阻断了，压根出不去，v6 才正常，说是因为太多机场拿来中转了，所以被严打了。

@zhuyao export 的方式，app 不一定遵守的，这类软件等于是强制劫持流量到 proxy ，还是有区别的。
