买了机房那种耳罩，戴上后大部分声音没有了，但是人声还是很大。我直接耳朵里面塞了耳塞，外面戴了耳罩，世界终于安静了。没有放耳机在耳罩里面，因为比较喜欢安静的环境。我属于那种不能一遍干活，一边听话的那类人。
