@JenJieJu 看公司吧，如果前端理解比较深的，BAT大概20K+
大公司要求的是更精一些，比如html5,css3,nodejs,es5,移动端开发以及一些流行的框架，并不要求你涉入多个领域，像UI,SQL这些都有其他人去做
小公司可能更侧重技能的广泛，但往往小公司的薪资水平一般

外包大部分是干一些机械，无聊，没营养的活，当然如果你愿意学习请教的话，能去大公司外包也是个不错的机会
