不是,我觉得你把这个事想简单了。很多东西二次创作传播等于是帮你宣传,人家内心权衡的受益和美名 大于了侵权的收益 (整个给你下架了,你的东西连看都没人看) —— 然后,人家作出选择,自愿吃哑巴亏

在 B 站方,站方只要保证申诉的渠道是畅通的,就是 OK 的:让乐意吃哑巴亏的人吃哑巴亏,让不乐意吃哑巴亏的人不吃夸

如果想反驳我,请先否定 “很多人就是自愿吃哑巴亏” 这一事实。在你眼中的 “受害者” 是在我眼中的 “受款待者”:比如我拍了一个微电影,被转载到哪个视频平台 我觉得很光荣 很受款待 那就没版权的事,被转载到某个视频平台 看到别人打赏 up 主 人家赚到了 我却没赚到 那么我可能会感谢他帮我传播 也可能会有小小的不平衡,被转载到某个商业活动里 我更觉得心理不平衡,这时候 版权就派上用场了。

很难理解的道理么?这就是人类

当然,很多人是一腔热血无处发泄,请去看看这个世界上那些真正的 “不得不吃哑巴亏” 的人们,比如维族人在国内的现状。你无处安放的正义感被阴阳人涂在地上

我对于这事的逻辑比较简单,只要 Python 不禁掉 utf-8 编码支持,那么中文编程就永远有人去做;不仅是中文编程有人去做,还有日语编程、韩语编程、俄语编程;你爱咋想咋想,爱怎么自己回避就怎么会回避、爱让其自生自灭就让其自生自灭,但是如果你把这些人杀了那么你要去坐牢、如果你把 Python,如果你用你的自由发言表达来促使它灭亡,那么别人可以自由发言说 诶 “用英文还用出优越感来了”

TTSneo[2] – A Japanese programming language. It is used for hobby applications.
