Apple watch 真心不适合作为一个健康监测的设备。我是 3 年 Fenix/Instinct 用户，现在已经摆脱了 Body battery 的束缚。现在戴 AWS9 ，但我不用苹果手机。Apple Watch 主要用来徒步的时候看指南针，录音/笔记，健身记录时长和消耗热量。
个人感觉，健康监测的王者是小米手环。Apple Watch 更像是一个智能设备或者阉割版的手机。
好评，试了一下，跟自己反复试错一个多月总结出来的差不多。小白必入。
我用群晖，我也玩摄影，也拍视频做自媒体。一个项目 20 个 G 起步。但我觉得群晖不合适。因为我需要的是一个硬盘而已。群晖很多功能你可能都用不上，而且要去试错，折腾。现在 SSD 这么便宜，建议给你的工作机直接上足硬盘。再买一些可靠的移动硬盘。
局域网剪辑看起来很美好，但有门槛。万兆 LAN 你得有。而且如果没有公网 IP ，远程访问群晖也很慢。
都顶配了，强烈建议买合适的 iCloud 。无缝同步，多等等就好了。
另外如果是照片和视频，建议群晖的 moments 。微信可以单独迁移。
看人 吧，我还是喜欢 audible 听完整的。岁数大了，看书太累，眼睛疼。而且只有在跑步/骑行/健身/徒步的时候才允许听。这样正向激励，让自己多运动，也能更专注。平时做家务，比如洗碗的时候，会听郭德纲相声这种。
建议 M43 ，松下 G7, GX7, 镜头就 25 1.4 ，感受一下接近全画幅的背景虚化。然后卖了定焦，买 12-60 。二手也不贵。快门光圈 ISO 熟悉了，再上全画幅就行。学摄影还是挺好玩的。尤其是自然风光，能让你多出去走走。拍人像也挺好玩。练后期还能体验一把 Adobe 的 AI 升级版。十年前玩摄影的还不想多花钱的，基本都是这么过来的。
现在最值的是 S7 45mm ，你甚至可以买不锈钢+蜂窝。 我现在有 S8 和 S9 ，感觉和 S7 没有本质区别，绝大多数功能都有。另外，千万别买 ultra ，太大了，没有戴的欲望。
我女性朋友很多喜欢哈弗大狗或者坦克 300 的，因此，强推哈弗猛龙。
建议双持。我也是 XR ，美区 ID ，YouTube ，ChatGPT ，敏感个人信息等等。平时干活或者拍照就用安卓，比如 Vivo X90 Pro+。很多体验秒杀苹果。而且性价比极高。咸鱼二手，比 iPhone 13 Pro 或者 iPhone 15 128G 还便宜。
