2022 年毕业的 211 硕，想转后端了，当时校招看钱多来了 android 。做了一年多，感觉不太喜欢 UI 开发，对后端纯逻辑更感兴趣。想问一下 v 友们，转岗社招会有面试机会吗？有没有人支支招，感激不尽。
