heroku 云服务商的免费时间总是不减少，为什么？

在 heroku 云服务商的 [ Manage Account ] / [ Billing ] / [ Free Dyno Usage ] 页面下显示：

0.00 free dyno hours (0.00%) used this month
（ 550.00 free dyno hours remaining this month ）

我已经运行这个 Container 两天时间了，为什么 free dyno hours 还是显示 0.00 ？ 什么情况下才会消耗，有知道的吗？

没有网络请求半个小时后，他会自动 sleep，sleep 不扣时间，有网络请求会自动醒过来。
