新人第一次用 humble bundle，求助。

昨天看到有人推荐 steam 喜加三，另外两款加上去了，有一款 Hacknet-deluxe 是 humble bundle 里面的，还是第一次听说这个网站，之前听说过这个游戏，所以想下载下来玩玩。
之后正常注册，点击购买，它就让我链接一个 STEAM 账号，链接成功之后再点购买就显示已购买。
然后在哪都找不到这个游戏，再点击购买显示：
Order Canceled
We can only sell a limited quantity of a product in your order. We have canceled your order and will not charge you. Please try again later.
If you feel this is an error, please contact our support team.

然后再点购买，显示：
Already Owned
You already own this product. You cannot redeem another copy at this time.
但是不管是 key 里面，还是已购买，都没有记录，邮箱里也没有链接，完全搞不懂。有经验的大佬教教小弟，现在也不是非玩这个游戏不可，就是搞不清楚心里难受。

这网站的邮箱要和 steam 邮箱相同。。。

就算你没收到邮件 这些免费产品也是可以直接预览邮件内容的 要怪只能怪你英语不好看不到那几个字罢了

@kokutou 不用相同，steam 我用的 gmail，hb 上用的 qq 邮箱，也能收到邮件

不知道是不是 steam 的问题，因为我注册 steam 的时候开的 ss 全局，地址显示的美国。
而且应该也不是偶然，因为我又同时注册了新的 humble bundle 和 steam 账号，还是一样的操作。
另外，谢谢大家回复，过了今天我就不去弄它了，被这个影响了一天的心情。

在 HB 上登陆你账号 然后找到已购买 点击你领的那个商品 找到查看 key。然后复制 key 打开理财软件 右下角添加游戏 输入 key 激活

@tomato3 谢谢回复，不过无论是 purchases,还是 keys，打开都是 nothing found,虽然很想搞懂为什么，但是无能为力了。
