最近刚刚开始尝试通过阅读源码来学习，因为模仿是最有效的学习方式之一。但是读代码时很容易感到疲(meng)惫(bi)，效率非常成问题（即使我读的是注释完备功能小巧的 underscore ）。
那么，读代码是否是一种应该坚持的学习方式呢（会不会效率过低，或者经过训练后能得到提升？），如果是的话又要怎么训练这种能力，以及有没有什么技巧？
