电脑上有没有能够手动清理iPad上软件缓存的软件？

    有些软件不带清理缓存的功能，比如微博HD，Mobile RSS HD，用久了占硬盘；
    itools和itunes都不支持这个功能，有软件能做到清理缓存吗？
