The host for the instance(s) listed in this notification experienced an issue, and we were unable to relocate your instance(s) to a new host due to a lack of availability of the specific shape in the Availability Domain your instance was deployed.

We will continue to attempt to relocate your instance once the shape becomes available, but you can also take the following steps to restore access now:

Resize to a different shape. See Changing the Shape of an Instance for more information.
Terminate the instance and recreate it in a different Fault Domain or region.

Free tier? 如果是那么是正常和常见现象，并不是“甲骨文挂了”。免费的往往是最贵的。更直白的翻译是：我们的宿主机“硬件故障”导致你的实例挂了，但我们“容量有限”“导致我们不能把你的永久免费的形态（ shape ）迁移到新硬件上。如果你愿意等我们可以”继续尝试”，但是要等多长时间我们不告诉你，10 天半个月也说不准的。当然你也可以立即恢复访问，只要（ 1 ）更改实例形态，或（ 2 ）重建新实例，这两种方式不管哪种如果我们收到钱那么“硬件故障”、“容量有限”和“继续尝试”就不会再发生了
