@gefranks 都可以，都可以开 claude 不过 HSBC Premier credit card 现在年费 99 （之前免费） 现在 HSBC Elite credit card 399 但是有一些权益啥的，机场贵宾室免费，因人而异

新办理汇丰中国，然后通过官网渠道申请 HSBC US 的信用卡，就可以实现人在国内 无护照，不用落地美国，办理一张美国银行发行的原生信用卡，支付 claude 从来没被拒绝过
