我咋感觉文章里的那堆中转站都是照着 https://www.getcheapai.com/zh-cn/claude-opus-5 来的，基本上就是 getcheapai 收录的几个站

我之前一直开的 Max ，到 Opus 5 出来之后，我总感觉它思考的有点过多了，然后又在网上看到有国外的机构测评，说 Opus 5 开到 High 得分反而高，开到 Max 它会过多思考，虽然结果也是对的但会消耗很多时间和 tokens ，我就改成 High 了，目前感觉一切正常
