高中开始就有很严重的鼻炎，搞了七八年，没啥好转。后来每天早起跑步，风雨无阻，不到一年断根了。中医说寒、湿，西医说维生素什么的，但我觉得都不是关键，我觉得最重要的还是体质，把体质搞好了，自然都好了。就像你想减肥，各种专家、广告给你推荐各种办法，但其实最关键的还是运动。

VirtualBox, xorg-x11-drv-nvidia 等等，都需要重新编译 kmod 的，只不过 akmod 自动给搞了。
