恒河猴因子；Rh因子。指红细胞表面是否存在 RhD 抗原的一种血型指标：有则为 Rh 阳性（Rh+），无则为 Rh 阴性（Rh−）。除 RhD 外，Rh 血型系统还包含其他抗原（如 C、c、E、e），但日常语境中 “Rh factor” 多指 RhD。
