@myth #1 目前用的是 https://github.com/Rongronggg9/RSS-to-Telegram-Bot ，自己服务器上自建一个比较稳定。

@kuno1 #2 用一些 rss to tg 的机器人就行，比如每 10 分钟抓取一下信息源。
我上面的是 opml 的部分信息，因为用了 kill the newsletter 服务（把 newsletter 转换为 rss ），所以省略掉了部分信息。
我的完整版 opml 文件内容应该是

@czwstc #3 声动活泼的播客栏目有好几个订阅了，newsletter 倒是没关注过，大概是会收到什么内容呢？跟播客重复吗？

@SenLief #6 对，控制在 100 个以内的话还能接受，感觉这就跟一个人最多能有多少个朋友一样，是有上限的。

@lovedebug #5 对的，一般 daily 的我都比较谨慎，喜欢周刊和月刊，再加上一些佛系博客（很多都是一年一篇），一天其实没有太多信息来打扰。不过信息多了就得筛选，就跟头发一样需要定期打理。

我自己就订阅了 10 个左右，不行，多了我根本没时间看，一堆未读弄的我看的时候也无法专心

@CY4suncheng #12 之前用 inoreader 的时候，也是一个月才想起来看一次，堆积了很多未读，全部看完要耗费大量的时间。现在转换成 bot 实时通知的形式就比较轻松了，来通知了看一眼有没有兴趣就行，能够利用好碎片化时间了。

@luckyzd #16 省略的是我用的邮箱 id ，这个信息不能够给外部看的。你搜名字的话，应该能找到对应的网站的。

@2PoL 邮件内容一直在更新，方可成除了讲课，也常常混迹各大播客。邮件内容非常系统还有参考文献，基本上 2-4 天一篇。
