GiffGaff 转 CTExcel 可行嘛

最近 GG 卡被 gank 的好多啊 虽然我的还没有被 ban 但是感觉离被 ban 也不远了 看到有人说可以转 CTExcel 有成功的案例 但是也刷到了有佬友说别着急转 CTExcel. 佬友们还有什么更好的办法嘛

遇到 giffgaff 无故封号并且拒绝退还账户余额 的恶心事。常规的维权终极杀招是去 Communications Ombudsman （英国通信申诉专员） 官网发起第三方独立申诉。只要专员立案，giffgaff 就要交一笔几百镑的案件处理费，所以他们通常会为了避免这笔费用而直接认怂退款。
但是，国内用户去立案会遇到一个巨大的坑：403 Forbidden 报错。
当你准备好所有截图，满怀信心地打开 Ombudsman 的 Raise dispute 页面 时，大概率会被无情地拦截。这是因为这类英国官方申诉网站的 WAF （防火墙）非常严格，对国内 IP 直接拉黑；而即使你切了代理（无论你换多少个英国原生节点或者调什么全局路由规则），也很容易被风控系统精准识别并阻断。直接发邮件立案（官方认可）。其实大可不必死磕节点和网页端，Ombudsman 官方是完全接受电子邮件立案的！
如果你也卡在了网页 403 ，直接按以下格式发邮件即可：

邮件发件人： 强烈建议使用你注册 giffgaff 的那个邮箱发送，方便对方直接匹配。

Dispute Summary:
My giffgaff account was unexpectedly closed without any prior warning or valid reason. I had a remaining prepaid balance in my account, which was topped up via my credit card. I have contacted giffgaff customer service to resolve this and requested a refund. However, they completely refused to process it and issued a final decision. Withholding an unused prepaid balance while unilaterally terminating the service is highly unfair.

Remedy Sought:
I am requesting a full refund of my remaining balance back to my original payment card.

Please find attached the deadlock letter (final decision) from giffgaff and my proof of payment. I look forward to receiving a case reference number.
