obsidian 把 sync 和 publish 拆开了，单纯的 sync 年付 4 刀每月，月付 5 刀每月 这下买得起了，之前每月 8 刀着实肉痛，livesync 什么的插件总是几个月要折腾一次，这下省事儿了
