20220509 update

型号 macbook m1 pro 16G/512G ，今天轻度使用 swap 平均在 6G 左右，关闭了 spotlight ，icloud

Data Units Read: 29,889,936 [15.3 TB]
Data Units Written: 27,914,023 [14.2 TB]

昨天：
Data Units Read: 26,084,436 [13.3 TB]
Data Units Written: 24,556,559 [12.5 TB]

仅 1 天又新增了 1.7T ，我决定明天咨询下苹果了，看下能不能解决

血的教训：日常依赖 swap 的用户，intel 转过来千万注意加大内存选购了

update 下, 进过各种排除法，最后定位到是 Chrome 占用了比较多内存, 而且内存都频繁在读写导致 swap 读写量很大。
解决方案：
安装页面休眠插件，The Great Suspender 现在解决了
