mac 更新失败

之前在 v 站找了个教程屏蔽了更新，今天想尝试升级 macos27 下载完成后提示，
未能准备软件更新。请重试。
下载所选更新时发生错误。请检查你的互联网连接并重试。
忘记之前是屏蔽什么，有无重置方式。

What did the trick for me was to reboot into recovery mode (holding down power button), and then use Startup Security Utility in the recovery environment to change my Macintosh HD from “Reduced Security” to “Full Security”.

解决步骤：
1. 关机或重启 Mac 。
2. 按住电源按钮不放，直到进入启动选项界面。
3. 选择进入“恢复模式”。
4. 在恢复环境中打开“启动安全性实用工具”（ Startup Security Utility ）。
5. 选择你的启动磁盘：`Macintosh HD`。
6. 将安全策略从“降低安全性”（ Reduced Security ）改为“完整安全性”（ Full Security ）。
7. 保存设置后重启 Mac 。
8. 重启完成后检查问题是否已解决。

完整安全性开了貌似就关不了了，降低安全性直接报错
